Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data.
Please make sure you want to proceed before requesting deletion.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons:
Sermons, transcriptions, summaries, quizzes, and devotionals uploaded by your church will remain available. This content belongs to the church, not individual users.
Your data may remain in backup systems for up to 30 days before being permanently purged from all systems.
Certain records may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for service improvement.
Follow these simple steps to delete your account

Once verified, we'll send you a confirmation email and process your deletion request within 30 days. You'll receive a final confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Account is marked for deletion and deactivated (you can no longer log in)
Day 8-30
All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems

Data is purged from backup systems; deletion is complete
